JUDGE ANNALISA S. WILLIAMS graduated from Kent State University with an undergraduate degree in political science, and received her masters degree in urban studies. She received her law degree from the University of Akron Law School. The judge has served on the bench since December 2003. Judge Williams was elected to the bench in November, 2003.
