Akron Municipal Court.
Please add the case number to your check or money order.
Cash is not accepted by mail.

• To pay in person during the day, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM:

Traffic waivers or parking ticket payments may be paid at the Information Desk in the Lobby of the Stubbs Justice Center.

• To pay in person after 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday:

Traffic waivers or parking ticket payments may be paid at the Stubbs Justice Center, Cashier, Bond Office, 7th Floor, Room 733.

 

• CASH ONLY:

1. Bonds must be paid by cash, certified check or money order made out to Akron Municipal Court.

2. License forfeitures.

3. Active warrants.

4. Returned check plus a $35 insufficient funds charge.

• Visa and MasterCard are accepted on all cases except license forfeitures and warrants.
